[HELP] having trouble with clock hands

So I'm trying to make a clock widget with UCCW that also features an analog clock. I'm using the Horde Logo in this and I thought it would be clever to have smaller versions of the little... prongs? On the logo as the clock hands. But now I'm facing an issue trying to use custom clock hands where they're all out of wack. Any suggestions?
