| Unable to change date / time on Android TV. Posted: 25 Aug 2020 02:40 AM PDT I have an issue with my Sony smart TV with Android. I'm having issues connecting to my wifi. While debugging I noticed that the time of the device is locked to the 21st of April. My experience is that incorrect date / times on a device can lead to weird issues, maybe even this issue with the wifi. The problem is that i'm unable to change the date on the device. When I go to: "Device preferences > date & time > automatic date & time" I see the options "use broadcast time". This option is greyed out so I'm unable to change it. I'm wondering why and what "broadcast time" is supposed to mean. I have no cable TV so i'm unsure what this time is based on. Thanks if someone knows a solution. [link] [comments] | ||

Does anyone know the solution for this problem? Searched around and didn't find anyone facing the same problem, just the box not being able to wake after going to sleep, so any help would be awesome. | Can't turn Bluetooth speakers to maximum Volume Posted: 24 Aug 2020 04:32 AM PDT Hi everyone, I just got myself the Philips Android TV, connected my Bluetooth edifier speakers and I just can't get them to the full volume, I had Samsung smart TV and the speakers used to be really really loud. So, I just got myself the Philips ambilight Android TV with hopes that I'll be able to play heroes evolved on it, using PS4 controller. I connected the PS4 controller, I sideloaded the APK of my game, I've sideloaded octopus gamepad so I can map the controller according to my needs but after I sideload the game/octopus I can't navigate thru the game/app . Did any of u managed to run non-androidtv game on your TV ? any suggestions ? Thanks ! [link] [comments] |
