    I felt like sharing my experience with a first generation xiaomi mi box.

    I bought it in late 2016 for about 65 euros from aliexpress and I've been using it (almost daily) ever since. There have been a couple problems along the way, i remember some update that broke the ntfs/exfat support but it was resolved quite quickly and a couple other things.

    I'm sometimes reading negative things and my experience has been really positive. For every thing that i couldn't do there has ALWAYS been a workaround.

    I use it with a ton of different media on kodi that reads everything, i use netflix, prime video using the cast function (and before that i used it with a sideloaded app) there are many possibilities with it and i really couldn't have been happier. It's a brilliant little machine and after 4 years it never gave me a serious problem.

    Of course i always used it in 1080p, of course i factory reset it a couple of times but i have (for a minimal price years ago) a smart tv that is superior to the modern smart tvs (in terms of possibilities) that i have tried.

    Hi there,

    I own a A95x F1 TV box, recently when I boot it up, it will show the logo then goes into a static screen, like this :

    I have tried and use the Burn Card Marker, and put the stock IMG onto the SD card and still no luck, once I put it into the box, it will just go to the a95x logo then static.

    I have also read that by poking the av port u can press the reset button, have tried it many times with no luck too :(

    Hi, anyone with an AndroidTV device (smart TV, Xiami Mibox, Nvidia Shield) using Disney+?

    I need to verify if movies' sound is in PCM STEREO or DOLBY DIGITAL+ 5.1

    I have a Xiaomi Mibox and sound is PCM STEREO, and this seems to be a general issue on this device: what I'd like to know is if it's only a device issue or a global AndroidTV issue.

    Hello, I have been having problems with my TV, since almost three months chromecast stop working after a while, I have to shut down and reboot the thing for it to work properly. The TV doesn't report the app crashing or anything, is just that the icon dissapears from the apps in my phone, and the youtube linked TV icon also goes away.

    I have a TCL 42 inch TV, android is updated, and all apps are up to date as well. Any tips?

    Is "real" atmos support only available in android 10?

    so a lot of us know that bitstreaming atmos doesn't work on most android tv devices (besides shield). I'm wondering if this is related to the the symbol for it only appearing in api level 29 (i.e. android 10) which basically no device has.

    Screensaver Settings keep Resetting

    I started using the screensaver options recently and found that after a few days, the tv completely forgets that I have set it to start the screensaver after 15 minutes. When I check the options again, they are set back to "Never". Does anyone know what could be causing this or is anyone else having this problem? My TV is a Philips 43PUS7334

    Disney Plus Error 83 - MiBox S vs Shield TV (2019)

    Hello All

    I wanted to get a sense of the community. I have 2 shield TV's (2019) and I have 2 MiBox S. The Shields are connected via Ethernet and Mi Box S's connect via WIFI, all with the latest updates on both boxes. I also have 3 Apple TV's (4K) that I go in between as well.

    I have noticed specifically on my Shield TV's that some apps, specifically Disney+ and Hallmark (wife loves this one) that I run into tons of errors in streaming. Specifically, Disney+ gives me the dreaded error 83 and I have to turn on and off wifi or most times have to restart. I have found that on my MiBox's and my Apple TV's that I don't get these errors. So I have to think it is a hardware issue and not an app issue.

    Is anyone else running into similar issues with the Shields? I am almost to the point of purchasing more MiBox's as I prefer Android TV, but it kills me that a 40 dollar box is giving me a better streaming experience than my expense Shield.

    Best APK that works with premiumize?

    I'm switching from real-debrid for a family member as they aren't very technical and never tell me when their subscription runs out. With premiumize I can get the same functionality for them and 2 year auto renewal, so I can set it and forget it.

    What APKs are currently the best, but also support premiumize?

    Is Tivo Stream 4k Remote Bluetooth?

    I really like the Tivo Stream 4K remote but am also considering a new TV that has Android TV built in. Does anyone know if the Tivo remote is Bluetooth and can pair to other Bluetooth compatible TVs or AndroidTV devices, or is is a custom RF to just the Tivo Stream?

    Hi there! I’ve been having trouble with my cyberflixs. I uninstalled it and installed it again I’ve done this three times. Neither one of the times helped me at all. Does anybody have any suggestions on why cyber flicks would have no data or typhoon either??? Both have no data!
