All of a sudden I have started receiving huge amount of friends request on Google Play Games. Is it just me or you people also facing this?

    Posted: 04 May 2020 10:23 PM PDT

I have this profile from day one of Google Play Games and I never received any friend request. Now all of a sudden I am receiving these requests from unknown people with their names in different languages. I fear something fishy is going on here, it feels like they found a hack or something through Play Games. I just wanted to make you guys aware about it, so that you can stay safe and avoid accepting friend requests from unknown Play Games profile. I received like over 100 friend requests in the last month and I am still receiving them.

[Request] Turn Based RPG where every battle is meaningful and every level up actually feel significant.

    Posted: 05 May 2020 02:59 AM PDT

    1. Must be offline
    2. Free or premium doesn't matter
    3. No kemco games since their games doesn't has significant power up when level up (If it does then it's ok)

Example would be Dragon quest or Final fantasy series.

[REQUEST] An indie story-based game that works on a rather low-end device and doesn't get repetitive

    Posted: 05 May 2020 04:30 AM PDT

I've recently been getting into more story-driven games (not necessarily ones as big as like Red Dead Redemption or something) , but rather indie ones like I Became A Dog and Grimm's Hollow (on Steam), and I'm hoping to find more that I can play even with my rather low-end device. Though, I Became A Dog was quite repetitive after getting the 1st ending in that game, so I'm hoping to not have that again

So, to summarize, I'm looking for a game with as many of these factors as possible (not all are necessary, ofc): • Indie • Story-based (take Grimm's Hollow on Steam for a good example) • Minimal repetitiveness • Works on low-end devices (I only got about 500MB to spare :( )

    So about Mortal Kombat

    Posted: 05 May 2020 08:42 AM PDT

Is their any more strategy as you further advance, it mostly feels like you continuously keep tapping and block and just specials/swipes every now and then

    Is that pretty much it?

How to play modern Java games on Android?

    Posted: 05 May 2020 02:39 PM PDT

I know about J2ME emulators, however they do not work for the .JAR I'm trying to use and return an "Invalid Manifest" error.

Does anybody know of another way to play .JARs on an Android device?

Looking for a new game like machine zone

    Posted: 05 May 2020 02:09 PM PDT

I'm looking for a new game similar to the machine zone games, mobile strike, world war riding. Something that I can casually pay attention to with a solid social side to it. These games have been around long enough that starting freash in them is just costly AF, so would like something newer.

    Turn based PvP

    Posted: 05 May 2020 01:56 PM PDT

Hey, I am curious if you know any turn based PvP games. Was thinking about combat style like Divinity OS on PC or Final Fantasy Tactics on GBA. But then PvP Arena style.

Different team members, being moveable and fighting other teams. I enjoyed Man Or Vampire, but that game was abandoned by devs...

[Request] Need a game similar to Pixel Dungeon

    Posted: 04 May 2020 11:40 PM PDT

May or may not be roguelike/roguelite. I'm looking for item based character building. Such as skills/procs on items. Skill tree etc would be a luxury. Can be free or premium but not very heavily leaning towards IAP. Thanks!

P.S. I've played Shattered Pixel Dungeon, Pixel Dungeon and Sprouted Pixel Dungeon. Andor's Trail.

    Ipega 9083s issues

    Posted: 05 May 2020 10:13 AM PDT

Does anyone use this game pad with xcloud? I bought one to use with project xcloud but I'm running into some issues. I'm streaming a game (Phantasy Star Online 2) from Xbox to tablet and I am only able to play the game by pressing one button at a time. I am unable to run and attack at the same time. If my joystick is pressed forward I am unable to hit any other button, so I have to stop running to perform any other commands. Works fine with a normal controller though. Anyone else have any issues?

    Thanks!

[Request] Multi-player Tower defense similar to hackers

    Posted: 04 May 2020 08:07 PM PDT

Looking for a game where you have to strategically build your own base and attack other players bases. One time purchase to play is ok but no pay to win/microtransactions.

Here's a link to some videos for Hackers.

The concept seems very simple to copy/imitate.

    [Request] Racing game

    Posted: 04 May 2020 11:03 PM PDT

Something that can fill the void of me not being able to play Initial D and Wangan Midnight on the arcades, and no I'm not going to use an emulator for their console counterparts.

    1. No cards, I want me some decent proper tuning

    2. Skills > car choice (tuning still relevant)

    3. Doesn't punish me hard when I stop playing for a while (looking at you Mario Kart).

    4. Can ruin enjoy the friendship with friends

    5. Competitive and alive (looking at you Speed Dtifters)

Ridiculous fishing seems to be stuck on my phone...

    Posted: 04 May 2020 01:15 PM PDT

I recently tried to reinstall one of my favourite phone games of all time, and after realising it was removed from the play store (i bought it a very long time ago) i found an apk online. I tried to install it, but for some reason it was already on my device, but it isn't??

    existing?

    failing every time

    it's really not there

I suspect in some way parts of the package where left behind the last time i tried to install it (last year, got some error in the play store and shrugged it off), and that's why i cant install or even uninstall it. I know that if i had root i could easily remove it myself but i dont want to root this device.

Has anyone seen this before and know what i can do? I'm not that familiar with ADB but maybe it would be possible to forcibly install it (or delete the left behind package) using that?
