| Posted: 02 Apr 2020 07:22 AM PDT I recently got an Android TV box and I was looking for a night shift feature for it. Twilight is great at doing that but there is a big problem with it. After installing it and enabling it through accessibility settings, my remote becomes not so responsive as it was before and some keys are reprogrammed. For example, when I press dpad middle to open an app, it acts as if I had long pressed the app. Is that happening only in my box or its something happening to everyone and I have to bear with it? | Posted: 02 Apr 2020 03:17 AM PDT Anyone got Android 9 update or heard something about it? This time last year Android 8 was rolling out. What's happening?(I'm sorry if the title is misleading, I saw it after publishing and i can't correct it) [link] [comments] |
| Mibox 3 / S deblaot your device and free up resources and space without root (not for newbies) Posted: 01 Apr 2020 05:02 PM PDT So not all know this but its rather simple. If you do know what adb is and how to get it, this is not for you. Now when this is away lets get started.
Doing a hardware reset will revert back all changes you made.

| Posted: 02 Apr 2020 05:02 AM PDT I have one Cyberghost VPN account that I can use on my MiBox S. Never used it, can I safely use Netflix with it and without it (wanted to use it just with one user of my Netflix acc)? [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 02 Apr 2020 08:19 AM PDT Hey, I'm still using version 2.11. I tried a couple of sites to see if there was a new version. Does anyone know where I can get the latest for the Shield? [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 01 Apr 2020 08:14 PM PDT Hello, my parents have a Sony Bravia XBR-75X940E TV that runs Android TV. Is there any way to limit the volume level on the TV? My dad forgets to wear his hearing aid and the TV gets progressively louder throughout day. I know there is a PRO MODE (display, mute, volume up, home) that can limit volume but entering and exiting this mode takes 4 restarts and its really inconvenient and slow. Since we also watch TV as a family and do want the volume up at times, I am looking for a solution that is quicker to implement. Perhaps an app or another setting? I also don't want to buy more equipment like a receiver or soundbar. Anyone have a solution? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
| Mibox S - define home button on my tv remote Posted: 01 Apr 2020 10:43 AM PDT I have Xiaomi mibox S. I want to define a button on my TV remote (IR) via CEC to go to the home screen on my mibox S. Is it possible? How do I do it? [link] [comments] |
