I'm currently trying to run a pair of Android games (Riptide GP and Adventure of Mana) that have native controller support on the Nox emulator. However, the only option the emulator includes to map a controller to the screen is to bind the buttons to touchscreen presses, which makes the controller unusable to navigate through menus for example. This old thread said something about Nox and Genymotion having the option to "hack" controller support into them, but no details on how to actually perform the trick - about the only information I found online was this Google Groups thread that attaches a pair of files to be installed into a folder as a root user, but no indication of how to actually pair a controller to the emulator. Is there any way to make Nox work, or for that instance, any other emulator that passes SafetyNet?

Hi everyone. I'm completely new to game emulation,so bear with me. So I know what you're thinking, this game already exists on Android. That's true, but the thing is that it's literally unplayable. It has horrible controls, I don't actually think I've ever had a worse time trying to play a game on my phone before. So, I have a note 10 plus and got to thinking emulation. This thing is pretty powerful so I'm like maybe I can get the PC version of the game to run on this phone. What do you all think? Possible? If so, what steps should I take? Thanks a lot!

Objectively speaking, Pixel Dungeon is amazing.

It's free with no ads.

It's unique.

It's super addictive and fun.

While browsing Google play top charts, it's all shovelware trash designed to molest your wallet.

I rarely come across a new or interesting concept. Seems the ones at the top are just the ones who polished the turd the most. But it's all essentially the same crap.

Iv'e been playing Pixel Dungeon 3 years now and haven't found anything remotely close as a rival. In terms of ingenuity, good business ethics and fun gameplay.

Are there any other good, unique gems out there im missing out on? It doesn't have to be the same niche as Pixel Dungeon. Just tired of find shovelware crap everywhere. A unique and interesting concept would be nice.
