Android Gaming [DEV] Hey guys, this is a game I've been working on part time for over a year. It's called Megabot Battle Arena. The game plays similar to Crash Arena Turbo Star where you build fighting machine and fight against other players, but I added the ability to control the robots to have a bit more action.

[DEV] The Elder's Quest - A story driven RPG (Open Beta)

(Triglav) anyone else enchanted by this gem?

What is the saddest game update that has instantly made you stop playing the game?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 04:28 AM PST

Mine has happened when I was playing Almost a Hero - an okay idle-RPG. What happened there was quite sad. They had an artifact system, which they decided to scrap and remake, so they've taken all my stuff, refunded it as a currency and that currency wasn't enough to get somewhere near to my previous state in terms of artifacts power. I assume, that there was some data loss on their side or something like that. Still, very sad.

What interesting story did happen to you?

    [Request] "Progress" rpg game

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 09:56 AM PST

Hey, do you know any "progress rpg games" which:

    - I can play anytime, they need some knowledge about mechanics

    - NO RNG, I dont like games where my progress depends on opening lootboxes and getting "X stars" champions and p2w mechanics

    - no clickers, no auto battlers

    - online/single player - doesnt matter

My solo seeking experience is disappointment.

I dont need them to be free however I want buy them once, at the start.

And I am not interested in games ported on android (like KOTOR, Baldurs Gate etc) because I can play them on PC and they are mostly much better there.

[request]Non-shooter games where zombies are actually threatening.

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 09:48 AM PST

I don't enjoy spending the entire game mowing down zombies with big guns and seeing blood splatter everywhere.

What I want is more of a stealth, base-building (with NPC) game where getting attacked by a zombie actually feels dangerous and looting is more important than killing the zombies or curing the plague.

What I have played: rebuild series, cataclysm dda.

    [REQUEST] Asynchronous multiplayer games suggestions?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:04 AM PST

Me and my brother have been big into Polytopia for a while, but it is starting to get old. The feature of being able to have hours between turns is super nice, however. Does anyone know of other good games that are like that?

[REQUEST] Can you recommend me some offline casual games to play on my phone after work or during commute?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 10:34 AM PST

I want a game that is easy to play, doesn't require internet connection and relaxing to play after a hard day of work or during the commute.

I like this game a lot, but doing always the same bosses seems boring (and easy), and I cant play on hard because I didnt beat a mysterious man or something... any help?

Use a controller for non-supported games?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 05:57 AM PST

There are so many RPG's I want to play but a lot of them don't support controller and I can't stand using the onscreen ones. Is there a way around this?

I know when you buy some controllers it somehow allows you to map onscreen actions to your controller, I just don't want to spend the $50-70 on a controller right now

    Simulacra 2

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 05:54 AM PST

So, I bought both Simulacra and Simulacra 2 and finished both games. I was able to view Achievements for Simulacra, but I can't seem to find any for Simulacra 2 no matter how hard I look for them. I can see that the Steam version has achievenents. Did they skimp out having them for Android, even though the first Simulacra had them? Feels super disappointing, I was curious to see what I succeeded in doing and what I missed doing/could try to get.

What happened to Trainyard? (And any puzzle game recommendations?)

    Posted: 01 Feb 2020 02:26 PM PST

One of my favorite puzzle games on my ipod Touch was Trainyard... I wanted to restart and play more levels (I recall them adding user levels at one point) but I can only find Trainyard Express (the lite version) on the Play Store... what happened to the full game?

Also, any recommendations on good puzzle games? I don't mind paying for quality puzzle games... I do like tougher puzzle games in general though... and ones that could (almost) be pencil and paper and/or logic type games (like Conceptitis games, Simon Tatham Logic games) are sone of my favorites... Snakebird, Stephen's Sausage Roll (on Steam though, not Android) are what I genetally like... not so much all the typical "watch an ad for a hint" type games that seem to proliferate the store.

[DEV] 66 Santase - The Classic Card Game

    Posted: 01 Feb 2020 01:11 PM PST

This is one of my games for Android. This is the classic card game Sixty-six, Schnapsen, Santase or whatever you call it. It's different in every country. It's very addictive. You can learn the rules in the game itself. You can play online, offline, customize the rules and UI. Try it and enjoy!
