Stump me! - Why is this game even in Top3 list, it's basically a malware. It requires 4x times more permissions than any other (quiz) game.

Top 5 Android Games Worth A Play (November 2019)

Started playing COD Mobile a month ago. To be honest it ain't bad for a mobile game. There are micro transactions but not it's not overwhelming.

I've recently downloaded a bunch of games to test them out and tell you guys about them

    Posted: 03 Dec 2019 08:40 AM PST

    1. LifeAfter: this is a post-zombie apocalypse online survival game where you can solo or team up for a mission, adopt a dog and join a guild. At first, it seemed fun and the almost perfect game. But after a while, it became so tiring to constantly go out to chop, harvest and mine materials. most of the time I spent in this game was just on that. Then the issue of storage came out. At low levels, you can craft small cabinets for storage that don't have much storage space. I constantly had to go get wood just to keep making storage space. It is definitely a great game but needs improvements to make it more enjoyable.
    2. Legend of Blades: This is the type of game where you just play it much. You gain better armor, weapons and such offline. you just open the game to equip the new stuff, challenge bosses and empty your inventory. I love the look of the game and how simple it can be, but it honestly doesn't feel like you are playing a game. Everything is automated here.
    3. Rangers of Oblivion: A Dauntless-esk game where you hunt behemoths for parts to make better weapons and armor for better gear. I love the effort put into the story, and the addition of new weapons that Dauntless doesn't have( magic and guns along with melee weapons). It's a great game if you want a monster hunting game on your phone. It's quite a large game( almost 2GB). The only issue is the controls. Battles don't feel smooth and tend to get boring as there is only one map in the game. overall, I like the game but won't be playing it myself.
    4. Vampire's Fall: Origins: I love this turn-based game. I love the art, the style and the game overall. It has old graphics but has great and smooth FPS. The story isn't half-assed and you could enjoy playing it. I'm not one for turn-based games but I definitely like this one
    5. Grim Soul: a dark fantasy survival MMORPG that you love and hate at the same time. The graphics are great and smooth and can be fun..at times. It does have a few issues though, resources, especially wood, finish too quick. you cant craft armor until level 11, and decent weapons until a further level. You are limited by energy( as in you cant freely go from one location to another) If you select the run option, it takes seconds to get to a new location. Walking to it, and not using energy to run, could take you anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. I like the game but hate the energy system that games have
    6. Rise of Kingdoms: A game similar to Clash of Clas is CoC had any strategy. You have a small village where you upgrade your main base, resources building and such. You can join an alliance and participate in battles. You can send troops out on the map and either leave them there to fend for themselves, help other teammates in a fight or send them as reinforcements. I personally like that you can choose what civilization you can be( germans, romans, chinese, etc. your buildings take on their theme)The only issue is that alliances tend to have a power/might limit that new players cant reach in a week.
    7. Ancients Reborn: honestly, just a mobile version of RuneScape. No other explanation I could give. The good part is though, you can join its discord server and give the devs feedback and ideas(and they actually reply).
    8. Adventure Quest 3D: Honestly this MMORPG isn't bad. It doesn't really stand out from the others but I like the effort put into the story. The only issue is the loading screens. I have a decent phone ( Samsung A50 2019) and the loading screens between locations just take too long.

That's all folks. I hope I introduced you to new games that you try out. If you have any comments or questions about any of the games, feel free to ask me.

New Online Strategy Games you would recommend?

    Posted: 03 Dec 2019 11:46 AM PST

Is there a new(sort of) strategy game that's not popular yet that you would recomend? Rise of Civilisation was the last of that type I'd played, but it quickly went popular and i already played it for months (awesome game btw), is there anything similar yet unique like this game? Every other game of that type is just a copy cat trying to extract as much money from you as possible, thanks in advance.

Sick of seeing port RPG. Is there anything original out there for Android? And it needs to be good.

[DEV] Ancients Reborn - 3D Mobile MMORPG

    Posted: 02 Dec 2019 03:45 PM PST

    Hello all!

After over a year in development, We (a small game studio of 3 developers) finally released our game from early access and we'd love to hear your feedback!

Ancients Reborn is an 3D Open world MMORPG that aims to be mobile friendly while allowing the freedom that you would usually expect from a PC MMO. One thing that we had in mind when creating the game was that it should be open world and shouldn't limit the player too much. You should be free to explore, socialise and play as much as you want without being time limited (no waiting for long cooldowns etc) or hitting a paywall. The game is completely open world, you can explore every inch of it as soon as you enter the game for free (after completing tutorial island and assuming you can survive getting to every inch of it).

    Youtube: Game Trailer

Some of the convenient aspects for mobile that we added are similar to some aspects you would experience in strategy based mobile games, for example: we have a 'worker system', this system allows you to do cooking / mining / smithing / fishing while offline (though less XP is gained from this), we also encourage mechanics that do not require you to have to look at your phone none stop for hours at a time in order to be competitive (this does not include auto play though).

We have many of the aspects you would expect from an Online RPG, combat PVE & PVP, Crafting, Skills etc, though we do still have a lot more to come. Very shortly we will be adding a very large number of new quests to the game.

Quite a number of players tend to say the the game has a Runescape feel to it (mostly because of the tap to move and target / attack system), but we feel that we have something very unique to Runescape, especially in the way that we're purely aimed towards mobile users and gameplay for mobile devices (Though, Runescape is a great game in terms of content and community and we'd love for Ancients Reborn to be just as big one day!).

Please feel free to ask any questions on here or join our Discord and Ill do my best to answer
