PS5 Controller for a android gaming?

    Posted: 23 May 2022 11:13 PM PDT

Does anyone else have major issues using a PS5 controller? Multiple Battle Royale games I've played the default keybindings are out of wack, like the screenshot button being L2 Square being triangle.

When I go to change the controller options some buttons don't register like they're not programmed and on Apex legends mobile L2 and R2 act as an analog stick...

Controller works fine on PS5 and no issues with an Xbox controller.

Game to play only 10 minuts a day

    Posted: 23 May 2022 10:58 AM PDT

I am looking for games to play only 10 minuts a day, I don't want to spend precious hours with it.

I like building games (Cities skylines, CoC, Star Wars commander) and managing games (sports managers and so) but I am also open to nice games of any other kind.

What I don't like about the building games I mentioned (CoC, Star Wars Commander, Rise of Empires) are the time-spending functionalities: wars, speed-ups and this stuff.

Hit me with your best 10-minute games :)

    recommend me games?

    Posted: 23 May 2022 03:17 PM PDT

Never really have been able to really get into mobile gaming But I want to!

I'm looking for mobile games to play but not something that would replace console/PC gaming, so I guess something that can be played in short burst.

If it's fantasy themed even better

racing game to play with friends on android

    Posted: 24 May 2022 12:01 AM PDT

Racing game with fun control like screen wheel. I've tried mario kart tour but the car controlling was so annoying. Do anyone have any recommendations( also if you have other fun games than racing to play with friends would be nice).

question concerning dualshock 4 lag on android phone

    Posted: 23 May 2022 03:24 PM PDT

So as many of you might know, apex legends mobile supports controller natively, and that was really exciting. What wasn't very exciting was when i connected my dualshock 4 to my phone, and i would get an absurd amount of latency, making it unplayable. I tried looking up on how to fix it, but you need apps that don't even exist. The only way that i can use it with a small amount of latency is when i use a cable, but that's really annoying to me because the usb port on my controller is flimsy. Apparently, the new dualsense 5 and xbox controller don't have these problems, so i might consider getting one, but i want to ask others if they also have this issue, or if its just me. My phone is a motorola ace 5g on android 11, but ive tried other controllers(xbox one) and it works perfectly.

Thanks in advance

Can I disable auto backup of recordings/screenshots to Google Photos?

    Posted: 23 May 2022 10:37 PM PDT

    Hi all!
I used the search function of this sub to look for answers but can't find any satisfying topics.
    Please hear me out.

All screen recordings on my phone (Samsung A52) both videos and pictures are automatically backed up to Google Phots, which runs out of space now.
I like my regular gallery to be backed up, but since my 'camera folder is backed up automatically' all footage is included.

I like to have to option to tick off all GameBooster / Google Play Games related recordings.
I looked around for ways to change the backup location or which folders are backed up, but apparently the 'camera folder' in its entirety is being backed up automatically.
I also can't find the location where to choose a storage location of game recordings.

Is there a way to change this?

    Thanks in advance!

Searching for an RPG where you play as a Mail Man

    Posted: 23 May 2022 10:35 PM PDT

There is a mobile game I played around 8 years ago in which you play as a "Delivery Man" but the gameplay is focused on standing in place as monsters attack you.

The gameplay revolves around having a set amount of ammo on the weapons you bring into the round. You could upgrade your weapons that often times changed your costume to some pop culture reference based on the style of weapon.

I don't know the name of this game, and it might not be around anymore but I would love to hear if anyone knows.

Looking for a game to start play PvP

    Posted: 23 May 2022 12:34 PM PDT

    Single/Multiplayer: Multiplayer

    Genre: Turn Based/Autobattle

    Online/Offline: Online

    Monetization/Cost: free to download

    Portrait/Landscape: idc

Key Features: I pref something where you "draft" units. Think to things like King's Raid PvP or Epic Seven RTA. But I don't want the "preparation" phase of KR or E7, where you have to pull for units and gear and so on. I want something where you have your units and play Live PvP vs other ppl drafting units and using some strats. I know that those kind of games usually are P2W, but I really don't like to play PvP on mobile and want to try something to get rid of my fear of PvP and just enjoy more games.

Edit: games must be really fast, like 2-3 min max.

Looking for a long term / daily routine kind of game

    Posted: 23 May 2022 06:07 PM PDT

I need a new game to play during my breaks and other downtime to avoid social media use.

I've been playing Animal Crossing pocket camp on and off since day 1, but at this point I'm not doing much in the game daily any more besides events.

I started playing Mario Kart Tour a few weeks ago, and it can be a lot of fun, and has the kind of daily grind loop I can enjoy, but there's a lot of really frustrating aspects to the game, and it's not the most fair gacha IMO.

In the past I enjoyed Final Fantasy Record Keeper, Plants vs Zombies 2, and Dandy Dungeon.

But I fell out of each game for various reasons, the saddest being support for Dandy Dungeon ending.

I'd really like to try and find a new game, I'm no stranger to gacha mechanics and I'm fine with them.

Also I'm not looking to play anything that's super anime, I've played plenty of those already.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions on what to check out.

iphone 13 pro max vs Samsung s22+ for gaming?

    Posted: 23 May 2022 06:04 PM PDT

Does any one know which phone performs better while gaming/using media? I'm getting a new phone but not sure which one of the 2 to get. I decided to upgrade because my current phone, Nubia Redmagic 5s, just has a lot of issues. After a year and a half of usage. Freezes randomly, hard crashes, shutting off randomly, heavy issues with the UI, etc.

trying to find a game I used to play

    Posted: 23 May 2022 05:41 PM PDT

It was a basketball game in which you used to freethrow for points. You saw ur player in 3rd person, if you did perfect hoops in a chain, your score multiplier would increase until literal lightning was shooting through the hoops. There was also an electric ball upgrade and u could also purchase the halfside court to play the game in
