Dolby Digital Plus volume on YouTube is too low

    Posted: 16 Feb 2022 07:59 AM PST

Now that YouTube is supporting Dolby Digital Plus I've noticed that the volume is too low on every video I tested, which means the encoder or something in the system is applying audio normalizing which makes it too low for my taste.

    What do you think?

Please report this situation at the YouTube Feedback website so Google can do something about it if they receive several complaints. Thank you.

How to connect usb-camera to android TV?

    Posted: 16 Feb 2022 06:02 AM PST

Tried VLC for Android, but there's no option for usb-camera. With Google Duo or another video calling app you get video stream from usb easily, but menu overlap it. I need only live stream from usb-camera and full-screen.

Is the architecture of new model of Sony Android TV still ARMv7?

    Posted: 15 Feb 2022 11:16 PM PST

Hi, does any one know whether the new Sony Android TV model still uses the armv7 architecture? I just got a Bravias XR-65X95J in China that does not come with Google Play Store (don't get me started...) I tested a Netflix arm-v7a apk and it did not work.

In addition, can anyone please point out a link to how to change the startup interface to the one of the US model, or at least how to set up Google Play Store (including whatever other components needed for it to work)? Thanks for the great help.
