| Video Player With Edge Glow In Black Bars Posted: 21 Nov 2021 06:03 PM PST I have a TV with ambilight (reactive edge lighting) and I was curious if the effect would be better if the black bars on cinema aspect movies was filled to bridge the gap between the movie and the lighting. Otherwise it mostly just makes sense to have the lighting on the sides. I have seen this effect in some browser extensions and I think there is a modified VLC, on PC, with this functionality. I must admit that I wasn't a fan of the concept, but in this case it might make sense. Does anybody know of an Android video player capable of doing this? Thanks a bunch. [link] [comments] | ||

I wanted to know which one between the fire cube or the nvidia shield pro would be the best choice. The gaming isn't very important , it's more about the performance to watch movies. I have a TCL ATV that runs a bit slow and laggy, wondering if theres anyway i can improve this whether its by upgrading ram, different launcher or custom rom. upgrading storage or rooting. Amazon has solved that problem with the trackpad pin entry. I am surprised Google TV doesn't have something similar. Or am I missing some setting which allows you to hide pin entry on TV?
