[Icons] A way to change only the homescreen shortcut icons?

New to themes and icon sets on my new S21, so please forgive the ignorance... But as the titles says, anyone know a way to change just the homescreen shortcut icons?

Alternatively, what are people's favourite and most complete icon sets? I can't stand having a nice looking home screen of apps, just to have 3 or 4 of them stuck as their original icons, because the icon pack either doesn't have custom icons for a few, or doesn't provide a generic way to make all apps at least look a little like the rest of the set. They stick out like sore thumbs and it kills me inside.

Or any ideas otherwise? Cheers!
