    PC/Console ports for Android

    Posted: 01 Nov 2021 05:30 AM PDT

    Hello AndroidGaming community,

I've been working to create a mega list including all the ports available on Android, considering there are several requests coming up in this sub. The list should probably be incomplete, and please do let me know the missing ones and I'll add them. Thanks!

    Link : https://linktr.ee/androidgamingreddit

Edit: Some points to be noted:

    • The games you're suggesting should be a PC/Console game available on Steam or any Console digital stores.
    • All games MUST be available on Google Play (Free or Paid)
    • No Emulation please, we have various threads for the same.
    • No Cloud gaming services (The list is mainly aimed for natively running games on Android)
    • Games like Oddmar, Grimvalor are not exactly a PC port per se. But they are quality games and is ported to Nintendo Switch, that's why they're listed.
    • I've removed PC game adaptations for mobile like PUBG, CODM, NFS Most Wanted etc. Players will find those games anyways as these will be always up in the top of Google Play list.

    Thanks!!

Any games in your experience that you've thought to be pure p2w garbage and then they're suddenly turned out to be decent ones?

For me, it was Durango: Wild Lands. A clan-oriented MMORPG about building your village in a world populated by dinosaurs. I believe that it died because it was too undermonetized (and also ridden with cheats).

Here is the first mention of it I've found in Google, hehehheh.

Probable reasons behind the shutting down of the gameWhat caused the game to shut down its service permanently is unknown. But it is surely an unsustainable business model. Although the game had a pretty good players base (over 12 Million downloads in 229 countries) still it could not sustain.

That's what sometimes happens to true free-to-play games I guess.

[DEV] Hi guys, I made this free Android game and I will be happy to get some feedback. Your goal is to transform the animals as the goal at the top. Your spells can transform you as well. First levels are easy, the last 17 are quite hard. What do you think?

Seeking recommendation for games like Majesty: northern kingdom.

    Posted: 01 Nov 2021 01:07 AM PDT

Hi there, I am kinda new to Android Gaming community and not super sure about what to play as of now. However Majesty: northern kingdom caught my eye and now I am searching for games similar to it. It is a medieval kingdom game containing a quest for each stage and plentiful of AI controlled heroes (a shame each stages cost gems to unlock ). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Looking for management sim game

    Posted: 01 Nov 2021 02:51 AM PDT

Hey. I have been looking for maybe Victoria 2 like game for mobile and couldn't find anything. What I mean is, I like numbers and tables and stuff from economy of Victoria 2 and micromanaging pops. Even in stellaris it's fire. So I was wandering if there's anything like it on the mobile platform so I can play on the go. Don't have to necessarily bw like viky or a grand strategy just looking for a management sim like game. Thanks for the replies :)

What is the name of that game?

What are some good kick ass action games? I am bored.

    Posted: 31 Oct 2021 01:02 PM PDT

Preferably not a shooter game but wouldn't mind trying one. Whenever I search "best action games" in play store, it only shows all cheap ass, microtransaction riddle shooter game. Please anything unlike that. (Something like Max Payne would be nice).

Can anyone help me remember this game/visual novel?

    Posted: 31 Oct 2021 02:30 PM PDT

    Hey guys,

I played this visual novel game on my friend's phone long ago. The game had stunning visuals and a very vibrant color theme. I can't remember the art style but I can tell you it definitely wasn't anime. The story basically follows a character who has experienced an abrupt breakup and we start in his room all alone, sullen and dejected. We control the character, moving through city blocks and dreaming about his ex. The game description was something along the lines of "a game about love and loss" and the creator was french iirc. Unfortunately, that is all I can remember. I know my description is super vague and there are probably a thousand games which fit this picture but I still hope someone can help me find that game again. It was such a great experience and I want to go through it again now that I'm older.

Thank you so much for bearing with me.

    [REQUEST] Political/Country Leading game

    Posted: 31 Oct 2021 02:01 PM PDT

Title. It preferably: 1. Is free 2. Contains war aspects as well 3. Is not a shitty retextured Russian game that has been translated using MySpace.

    Thank you.

Recently updated dates removed from play store

    Posted: 31 Oct 2021 01:48 PM PDT

It appears that there are no longer any dates for when a game was updated. I can only find the section that says when the game was released. Can anyone confirm that this is the case for them?

Pretty poor decision on Googles part of this is the case. 🤦‍♂️

EDIT! So I have seen that it's only some games this is the case for. Even so I think that's a bit strange.

    Should I get Razer Kishi

    Posted: 31 Oct 2021 01:06 PM PDT

I mainly want to play Emulatori Games and PS remote play. I have all kinds of controllers, like the 8bitdo sn30 pro with adapter holdee, the xbox wireless controller, dual shock 4, dual sense, thrid party ones with phone holder but nothing does the trick.

Everything except the 8bit do is bulky to carry, then the holder is not convient to hold as well et cera et cetera. This razer product makes it seem as though you convert the phone to a nintendo switch plus theres no pairing or charging required and you also dont have any wirless lag. Just wonder though what the button quality is and what about losing the touchpad support for Remote play.

All in all it is an expensive product and since i own that many controllers this really needs to be it, in order to cough up the money
