- So.... I woke up to this "Masterpiece" (any solution)
- HBO Max debuts ad-supported $9.99/month tier, no theatrical releases, downloads, or 4K
- While watching Netflix (or something else), my screen is suddenly interrupted by this screen. I then have to go back to the home page and relaunch Netflix to go to the programme I was watching. No idea why this happens. Any tips to solve this problem?
- Enabling Hands free Ok Google (Google Assistant)
- Disconnection USB - MiBox issue fixed
- FYI AppleTV app seems to work on SlingTV Mini
- Android TV losing connection to wireless audio devices and causing distorted sound
- Hisense H8G won’t start after trying to update

| Android TV losing connection to wireless audio devices and causing distorted sound Posted: 02 Jun 2021 01:02 PM PDT Hi all! I have Hitachi 43HAK5750 TV running Android and I have been having a lot of problems with multiple wireless audio devices. I was wondering if this community would have any ideas or suggestions on possible ways to fix this. A common problem is that the TV randomly disconnects from an audio device while in use - mostly Airpods and a JBL speaker suffer from this. But the worst issue is with an LG SL5Y sound bar - very often the sound is played distorted (very noticeable in high end frequencies). And it also randomly loses connection with the TV when turned off and on again, even though I configured the sound bar to remember the TV. What I've tested so far: - different audio settings in the TV, turning on and off Dolby stuff, etc - doesn't seem to help. - connecting the sound bar to different source, for example an iPhone - no issues with the sound. - the following sequence of actions has a high chance to fix the distorted sound: unpair the sound bar, reboot the Android TV (using the Settings - About menu), discover and pair the sound bar again. But it also may not work every time. Both the TV and the sound bar are fairly new, under 3 months. Has anyone had any similar experience or has any ideas regarding these issues? I would appreciate any feedback. Please let me know if you need any additional details on the models, software, settings etc. Thanks. [link] [comments] | ||
| Hisense H8G won’t start after trying to update Posted: 02 Jun 2021 01:48 PM PDT So I got a pop up that there was new software to update so I clicked yes and it started the process as normal. Then towards the end it opened up the android boot loader menu and I was confused but waiting a minute then clicked reboot. And now it won't turn on at all. After waiting 10 minutes I tried a soft reset but nothing yet. Any thoughts? Is it bricked? [link] [comments] | ||

I downloaded nordvpn on my android tv box, used my account to log in, and set the ip location to another country and set it to auto connect. However, when I used chrome or firefox to look for my IP address, some websites showed my real IP address. I'm a bit mystified... does anyone have any idea why that could be? Thabk you so much!
