[Dev] Tomorrow Will Be Worse - A decision based, text adventure with 18 different endings. (Free Game Codes in Comments!)

    Hi /r/AndroidGaming !

Today I'm releasing my first game, Tomorrow Will Be Worse.

The game is a text adventure, following a bored person's day. There are 18 possible endings, unlocked through your decision making! From sleeping too much, to summoning a demon, your day can take quite a few turns.

The gameplay is rather simple. You always have two choices. My goal was to make them as meaningful as possible so each decision will somehow influence the ending of the day! A play session can last a few minutes so exploring the game's hidden secrets should not feel like a drag.

    TL;DR Details

    • Simple UI and animations.
    • Short gameplay sessions.
    • 18 different endings.
    • Mediocre humor and writing.
    • Priced at 1$ (instant ramen fund).
    • Absolutely no ADs / IAPs.
    • I'm already working on a patch/update that will double the game's adventures. It should be ready 2 weeks from now. (For free ofc.)

That being said, if you decide to give the game a chance, I'd be honored. I'll leave 25 game codes in the comment section so please feel free to use them!

Edit : I didn't expect the codes to be used so quickly, so I added another 20 codes. Thank you!

Edit 2 : Damn even those have been used. Adding the last 25 codes I have available for now!

Edit 3 : Currently even the last codes are running short. I'm waiting for new ones to be generated. Just DM me and you'll get a free code as soon as possible! I apologize for not generating more preemptively.

Hero/Unit collecting games that have a base/castle where you see all your characters.

    Posted: 13 May 2021 08:57 AM PDT

I'm looking for a game that has elements of RPG and town building.

Basically as you progress, you acquire more characters to choose from for your party.

An example of this game would be the old Suikoden Games where you travel the world and pick up characters that you recruite to stay in your castle and unlock various functions.

another example would be Fallout Shelther Online, a gacha game that lets you roll for different dwellers and you get to keep them in a vault.

Any suggestions of this genre of gaming would be VERY helpful and appreciated.

Portable monitor not wanting to work with LG V40 (Let me know if there is a better sub for this)

    Posted: 13 May 2021 10:03 AM PDT

So I have tried a multitude of different ways to connect my V40 to my portable monitor, and the only one that worked was c-type charge port ----> hdmi ----> mini hdmi ----> monitor. Also the monitor needs wall power, as it has no battery. It worked for about 2 days, and is now freaks out (turning off and on, static, etc) whenever a cool breeze touches the cables. The model of monitor I have is the PX160 if that helps at all. I can now only get it to turn on if I am as still as I can be. Note: I have tried it on the nintendo switch and it seemed to do the same thing. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Might be weird but are there card games like Hellbent the game INSIDE the RPG moonshadow?

    Posted: 13 May 2021 09:36 AM PDT

I'm having fun playing moonshadow but there's a card game inside moonshadow called Hellbent.

I had more fun playing that then the game. Are there any games like that? You basically draw monster cards that have different properties and accumulate energy to play the cards. Pretty simple but fun.

I only want to play PvE.

    Plasma Sky (bulletstorm)

    Posted: 13 May 2021 04:30 AM PDT

In my opinion this is one of the best, if not THE best bulletstorm in the Play Store right now.

Beautiful aesthetic, great controls, and just a single $0.99 purchase with no IAP.

However, it says it was created for an older version of Android. It still works fine for now though.

/u/Volbard please don't let this game die! Shouldn't take much to just repackage and rebrand it for later Android. You don't even have to change the gameplay at all! (unless you want to add an auto-pause function when our finger comes off the screen, like in Dissolve)

    [REQUEST] Infinite Choice Based RPGs?

    Posted: 12 May 2021 07:41 PM PDT

Been getting into some choice text based RPGs on mobile, but they are largely finite in that there is a clear story that's being told and then its over and that's that. They're basically D&D style choose your own adventure stories.

I'm looking for something similar that's all about making decisions, but is more large scale. Maybe something to do with a whole kingdom/civilization or something even. Either way, I'm looking for something that just keeps going and going and builds on itself. Anyone got any suggestions?

    Features:

    -Choice based RPG

    -Infinite gameplay loop

    -Fantasy/SciFi/Steampunk/etc setting

    -Not riddled with microtransactions.

-Bigger picture content than just a single narrow story

    -Likely largely text based?

    Countroller selectively working

    Posted: 12 May 2021 04:20 PM PDT

    Hey all,

I just bought an ipega 9023s and it works great with most apps. However, it is not recognized by the game "pascal's wager" and by the dolphin emulator. Weirdly those apps work with my Xbox 360 controller. I did connect the ipega in different Input modes, but none seemed to work. And I can't find anything online...

Maybe someone of you had a similar problem or knows some Workaround? Thanks in advance and good night for now, Daniel

This game is a simple augmented reality (AR) games that will simulate a lot dangerous cheetahs in your room.

Yes, those cheetahs are not real, don't be afraid!

Your task is killing them as most as possible, if not, they will kill you :)
