[GIVEAWAY] We're giving away one OnePlus 9 Pro in collaboration with OnePlus

    Posted: 22 Mar 2021 08:59 PM PDT

Hello /r/android. We are collaborating with OnePlus to giveaway one OnePlus 9 Pro to an active member of the /r/android community (someone who has participated in the subreddit for at least six months prior to this giveaway). Simply enter your username in the Google Form and you'll be part of the giveaway provided you fulfill the requirements. This giveaway will run for the remainder of this week.

OnePlus have also told us they may offer OnePlus Watches depending on the response to this giveaway based on the engagement in this thread.

The OnePlus 9 series and Watch will be launched on the 23rd of March at 2 pm UTC/10 am EDT/7:30 pm IST. We'll have a megathread for the launch with the stream.

Edit: This is an international giveaway, sorry we didn't mention that.

Second Edit: PLEASE DO NOT CHEAT, you will be disqualified if you do. It's mentioned on the form but we've noticed some people trying their luck with multiple entries.

Sunday Rant/Rage (Mar 21 2021) - Your weekly complaint thread!

    Posted: 21 Mar 2021 05:00 AM PDT

Note 1. Join our IRC, and Telegram chat-rooms! Please see our wiki for instructions.

This weekly Sunday thread is for you to let off some steam and speak out about whatever complaint you might have about:

    • Your device.

    • Your carrier.

    • Your device's manufacturer.

    • An app

    • Any other company

    Rules

    1) Please do not target any individuals or try to name/shame any individual. If you hate Google/Samsung/HTC etc. for one thing that is fine, but do not be rude to an individual app developer.

    2) If you have a suggestion to solve another user's issue, please leave a comment but be sure it's constructive! We do not want any flame-wars.

    3) Be respectful of other's opinions. Even if you feel that somebody is "wrong" you don't have to go out of your way to prove them wrong. Disagree politely, and move on.
