Posted: 10 Jun 2020 11:43 PM PDT I just finished that game and I can truly say that this is 100% one of the best games on the play store. An extremely underrated gem with only 50k downloads. You play as a regular cat who found itself in a mysterious world with mysterious friendly characters. What appears as a simple platforming game is actually a very emotional game with lots of dark secrets. Gameplay wise, it's a platformer. The controls are surprisingly great I really liked them. It starts really easy, but as the game progresses it gets extremely hard. And by extremely I mean EXTREMELY. I mean I'm a fan of platformers and finished games like hollowknight without many deaths, but NAMELESS CAT really kicked my ass and humbled me good. I'm convinced that some levels were designed by satan himself. The soundtrack is what stands out. Dreamy is how I'd describe it. It's very beautiful and very memorable. The dreamy atmosphere reminds me of bjork for some reason, especially the final boss's track. The plot is the biggest attribute of this game honestly. With a storyline that made me cry at the ending and made me email the developers to thank them. I even sent them a picture of my cat! There are lots of dark secrets that can be missed if you're not the explorer type. The more I replay this game the more details and plotlines that I find. Honestly It's admirable that this game is only 30mb and could squeeze this much plot and things to find. The design of the game is really simple yet extremely beautiful. At multiple points I just left the game for a while to stare at the scenes. Character design is really interesting, with many unique original characters. Monetization, this game is free with very minimal ads. Some extra checkpoints can be unlocked with watching an ad if you're having trouble with a certain level. They are completely not necessary and I only used this like 2-3 times. There also skipable 5 seconds ads every 10-15 deaths that can be skipped instantly with the back button. There is also an option to remove the ads which is pretty cheap. There are also like 5 skins that can be bought with money. The atmosphere of this game is just something else honestly. I truly fell in love. It is hollowknight levels of good. This game is a breath or fresh air in the boring dying store and its really sad that this game isn't more popular. I never write reviews, but this game really deserved one. You can really tell that the devs poured lots of love in creating this game. I really can't recommend this game enough. [DEV] Dictate Tap Healers Next Update! Posted: 11 Jun 2020 06:42 AM PDT Hey everyone, I want to create a new update for my game (or create some kind of variation for it). However, I'm currently a little bit stuck by what I could/should do.
Coming up with ideas for a project can be very challenging, once you've worked on it for a very long time on it. So I'm asking you what the next version of Tap Healer should include/have. The top comment of this post (within reason) will dictate my ToDo-list for the next months. I'll give myself 3 months to finish that update. If this experiment is going well, I'll either create a post like this again or implement something for feedback into the game directly. I really hope to get some good feedback out of this. I feel like there's a lot I could do, but I really don't know what to focus on (or how to set my priorities) Assume that nothing is off limits ;) [link] [comments]

Sandship, I've never been this stuck on a game before. Posted: 11 Jun 2020 04:20 AM PDT Hey all, it's been a while since I suggested a game but my friend found one and we've both been playing it like crazy. The game is Sandship and it's a little bit like Factorio. It is of course much smaller scale but my god is it addictive. Things are always changing up because you're always learning new recipes. I admit, there are some pay to win elements for speeding up contracts but it's a single-player game and you can just ignore them and wait out the contract. I've found if you're doing it right you can easily make all the parts you need and the money you need. I found some bugs that are pretty annoying which is why they probably have such a low score. I rarely see them anymore though. I hope you enjoy the game! [link] [comments]

How a game made me watch an anime (short story) Posted: 11 Jun 2020 04:32 AM PDT Before some months I saw some trailers for a video game in the format of Pokémon master but with less characters made from the anime 7 deadly sins, the show sounded interesting and I was searching for a medieval like anime. I watched it and it was awesome, I am on the 3rd episode of the last season and can't wait to finish it. Now after all this time I am gonna actually download the game and play it [link] [comments]
Can I run 'Broken Age' on my Galaxy a8? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 07:24 AM PDT I read online that this game can be played on Android as well, but the developers removed it from the Play Store. So I downloaded the game from this site, installed the apk and copied the obb to the correct place. The game does launch, but there is only sound, no picture. I've read somewhere that phones with Mali GPU-s can have problems running the game. My phone has the Mali g71 GPU. What are your experiences with the game? [link] [comments]
Posted: 11 Jun 2020 08:28 AM PDT I'm looking for an endless runner type of game but with elements of a shooter as well. Perhaps the shooting comes into play when there are certain obstacles that have to be removed. I would also really enjoy if there was a bit more to the endless runner. Combos or certain acrobatics? All of these are quite specific so if some of my criteria aren't in any games that's fine. I'm open to learning about more bullet hell games or racing games if there aren't any endless runners that meet my requirements. Although, I would really enjoy a game that lets me use characters. Thanks! [link] [comments]

Curious if anyone may know this game. Posted: 11 Jun 2020 05:44 AM PDT I played this game years ago and I believe since then it's been taken off the store. I haven't made a post like this because the details I remember are slim.. But I figure I'll give it a shot. This game had the objective of building up a village / castle with fairly deep progression in upgrading different parts of your town. The biggest factor being upgrading your castle. Upgrading the castle took a huge amount of resources but it changed the appearance of it dramatically and became fancier with each upgrade. You could have small huts that generated resources and create paths and stairs to decorate your town. I also remember you could only rotate things left and right, from two angles. I don't remember if there was any sort of "battle" system to the game.. But I know you could view other people's towns. I loved the anesthetic of the game and just spent hours designing my town. Really wish I could find what it was. Thanks for your help if you have any ideas. [link] [comments]

Where has Tavern Brawl - Tactics gone? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 02:59 AM PDT The title is self explanatory. I played it for long and then stopped, and then the game disappeared. I was wondering about this for years, because even on their official page there is nothing about their disappearance... [link] [comments]
What are some non-perptual (i.e. they have an end) games you can recommend? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 02:40 AM PDT I'm sick and tired of the never-ending (usually F2P / P2W) games that just suck time on a daily basis. Sure, they're entertaining, but I have a ginormous Steam backlog to get through! :) What are the best Android games (they don't have to be free!) that actually have an ending / victory condition? Some examples of what I mean would be things like Monument Valley 1 & 2, XCOM: Enemy Within, & Star Wars KotOR. [link] [comments] |
