Posted: 15 Jun 2020 10:38 AM PDT I keep all of my old android phones and tablets since i cant stand the idea of reselling it or turning it in for like $20. They all have useful functions in some way or another. I took some super cheap 4.3 inch android 4 tablets and use them as timelapse cameras in my lab. I use my old htc one phone (front facing stereo speakers) for a home media remote. I use it to control all my Chromecast, homes, alexa etc. Its like a universal remote. My question is what are some other things you do with old android devices and is there a website or group that focuses on reusing old Android's? [link] [comments]

Posted: 15 Jun 2020 06:48 AM PDT I have wasted far too much time scheming and tinkering with self-hosted streaming music solutions, only to learn today that Android supports What a glorious world we live in. [link] [comments]
