I have read online that some cameras work and some don't. Has anyone had any luck with a camera? Is the best one the Logitech 920? Surely these TVs need to start shipping with an inbuilt camera... | How to unplug securely a HDD off MiBox? Posted: 27 Apr 2020 05:07 AM PDT I'm using MiBox to connect my Toshiba Canvio external HDD to the TV which doesn't seem to have an USB port. But most of the times when I turn off MiBox with the controller's top button the HDD won't do the same, instead it seems to keep restarting. Even if I keep turning MiBox on and off the same keeps happening. So I turn it off by unplugging the MiBox off the TV rather than the HDD itself, which I guess is less direct? But I'm worried that the HDD's data may get corrupted. Is it safe to turn it off this way? If not, is there some completely secure way to do it or to have Canvio turn off along with MiBox? Casting from PC to TCL Android TV Posted: 26 Apr 2020 01:36 PM PDT Hi, I've recently adquired a TCL Android tv, and my main idea was for it to use it as a remote device for streaming media on my PC, as I'd like to use it as a wireless screen. I've tried using Chrome, but it's terribly laggy, Windows does not recognise it, and VLC fails at casting the desktop. Only way I've found a competent way to stream is by using the Steam Link app, but I was keen on using a different method to make it work. "CineHub" apk, however after it's installed, when I try to open it, it goes into a white screen for 3 or 4 seconds, and the app crashes. | Android TV and chromecast don't turn off Posted: 26 Apr 2020 01:49 PM PDT Hello a week ago I could turn off the TV with Google home / Google assistant, even connect a Chromecast to HDMI 2 just in case also connected to the plug to be able to turn it on and off. But now I can't turn off the TV from the Google home or assistant and neither if I tell it to turn off Chromecast (the one that is connected) it doesn't either. Just turn me on that is ok but turn off there is no way and hey, reset Chromecast, Factory reset to TV, check the HDMI cec options that are on ,from the two settings and nothing. Can someone turn it off with Google home or from the phone saying turn off? [link] [comments] | ||

I need to install HBO nordic app on my shield tv but since my store is UK I cant find the app. Is there a way to install the apk via a usb storage? I guess you could back then but ES FILE MANAGER is not on play store anymore. Also where would you find the apps apk file?
